Facebook was in all of a mcflurry this week: a new page was started offering to deliver Micky D’s straight to your door. How appealing is that- especially on a lazy Sunday evening after a few scoops the night before! The page has since denied any association with McDonalds, so you’ve gotta acknowledge the enterprising and gutsy people that started the service. They saw a need and now they provide for it!

Food delivery is not a new concept at all; actually, we’re quite fond of getting food delivered here to the Mylunch offices (You know on rainy days or even when you’re just too busy to go out and queue). We know loads of great little spots that do indeed to deliver, to your home or your work!

That firm favourite, Munchies, have a corporate and delivery section where you can order sandwiches for your whole office if you needed to- aren’t you nice? Their sandwiches are healthy and wholesome and are handmade daily! If you reference mylunch.ie when ordering, you’ll even receive a 10% discount on all future orders.

Camille Thai Kitchen in Phibsborough and on the South Circular Road also delivers! Imagine restaurant quality Thai food, prepared by classically trained chefs delivered straight to your office. Sounds pretty good doesn’t it? They make your life even easier as they allow you to order online (see here).

We’re pretty big fans of Thai food here (in case you didn’t notice)! It’s virtually fat free and so good for you! Another Thai food venue on our site is Kanum. This family run restaurant delivers to your home and work. They also allow you to order online (see here). They have restaurants in Rathgar and Ballsbridge.

If you’re in Cork and you’re looking for lunch to be delivered, check out Vanwich. Vanwich make their soups, sandwiches… everything fresh each day.
