At Burritos & Blues, 2 Wexford Street, our mission is to create the Ultimate Burrito by using the finest, freshest ingredients, all prepared and marinated in house daily, using our very own recipes. Simple, Honest Food, 100% Fresh. You won't find any freezers or microwaves in our kitchens! All our meats are marinated overnight, and cooked fresh daily. Our Avocados are mashed 3 times a day to create our famous Burritos & Blues Guacamole, and all our salsas are prepared in house from scratch. We open Mon-Wed 12pm-10pm, Thurs 12pm-12am & Fri-Sat 12pm-3am.
