Salamanca Tapas Bar and restaurant on St Andrew Street is delighted to announce that after months of careful tasting and planning as well as numerous trips to Spain, including the famous Northern region of San Sebastian where the Head chefs trained in January of this year in new Tapas, that we have launched our brand new Tapas menu.

Salamanca have hit the Dublin restaurant market with a new style of tapas that is unique only to us, from Andalucía and San Sebastian. Dishes such as fried quail eggs with caviar, grilled octopus, mini pig burgers made of stewed Pork cheek with bacon and teriyaki mayonnaise and New Russian salads with Smoked Salmon and Tuna make it a great place for the discerning diner as well as those that wish to pop in for a quick glass of vino and tapas. At Salamanca we have of course kept the old favourite dishes as well. The good news is it’s great value for money. So while diners are getting great quality food and service while soaking in the Mediterranean atmosphere at Salamanca, it won’t empty their pockets.

We've a glamorous new cocktail menu, again at super affordable prices. We enhance our Spanish theme on Sunday evenings with live flamenco guitar 7.30pm to 9.30pm. Try it.
