Named after The Shelbourne’s historic dining rooms, The Saddle Room is an old favourite reinvented as a modern steak and seafood restaurant.

No. 27 Bar and Lounge:
Previously the location of the old hotel restaurant, No. 27 Bar & Lounge has been redesigned to complement the existing elegance and historical significance of the Shelbourne.
The bar is decorated richly in keeping with the heritage of this great hotel. It’s tall graceful windows overlook St Stephen’s Green, making it the perfect location to relax and watch the world go by.
The menu is informal, offering a choice of light dining options alongside classic bar favourites and fresh Irish Seafood, complimented by a unique selection of world wines by the glass, premium sprits and our famous signature cocktails.
